JANUARY: Final Night On Titanic, A First Class Evening
Straton Hall's most requested themed dinner. This party will be a celebration of the launching of the RMS Titanic; and this year marks the 100th anniversary! Jay will reproduce on Titanic China, the final menu served in first class. This is an eleven course meal that will be somewhat reduced for time, but will include a different wine with each course.
Enjoy conversation with "John Astor, Molly Brown & Captain Smith", as they describe the history and grand living during 1912. This evening will be a wonderful treat after the holidays and tickets to this event would make a wonderful Christmas gift! However, this dinner party has limited seating and will fill up quickly.

FEBRUARY: Mad Hatter Tea Party
Brunswick Manor is hosting a tea party on Monday, February 6, 2012. But, this is not your ordinary tea party; it's a Mad Hatter Tea Party!
Join us in the parlor for an assortment of "Eat Me" delights and a cup of magical "tea". Then, the Duchess would like to invite you into the main dining room for a not-so-normal sit down dinner.

For all of you who would love to experience the ambiance and cuisine of Louisiana, without having to travel to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, Brunswick Manor is hosting an "All That Jazz" dinner party on Monday, March 5, 2012.
We will begin this jazz-filled evening socializing in the parlor over Creole appetizers and a cocktail made famous in New Orleans--the Hurricane! Guests will then "parade" into the main dining room, where Jay has prepared a Cajun dinner fit for a Mardi Gras king!

APRIL: Vintage Coastal
Now that spring is here, it's time to celebrate the beauty of livin' in the South and enjoyin' our coastal climate! Brunswick Manor is hosting a "Vintage Coastal" dinner party on Monday, April 2, 2012, to showcase some of our Southern coastal cuisine with a vintage flair.... and take you back in time.
Guests can reminisce while sippin' an ice cold lemonade (with a kick!) on the veranda of Brunswick Manor, while Southern delicacies are butler passed by our formally dressed servers. The main dining room will be filled with the aromas of down home cookin', coastal catches, and Southern hospitality!

It's that time of year to celebrate the longest running sporting event in the USA--the Kentucky Derby! The race is run on the first Saturday in May, but Brunswick Manor will be celebrating in the "winners circle" on Monday, May 7, 2012!
Jay will produce a menu that emcompasses Derby Day favorites; and of course, the dinner party will kick off the celebration with a Derby must--Mint Juleps!
